SPAM REPORTING POLICY FOR EC-MAGIC.COM (et al)
– Helping In The Fight Against Spam Since 1998 –

All Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) received will trigger a thorough trace and complaint process (LART).

This is a well-documented, proactive anti-spam domain.  If you are an ISP or Web Host and receive a spam (UCE) complaint from us please forward it to any or all other parties including the spammer.  No competent bulk emailer or list would ever use any email address at this domain. Don’t be scammed by bulk emailers, if your mailing included an address at this domain, your bulk emailer or list provider is probably malicious or incompetent.  Quoting one bulk email expert: “There are some places you simply do not spam”.

EC-MAGIC.COM addresses are never submitted to opt-in lists.

This entire domain is listed with http://registry.waisp.org, a Washington State opt-out list.

ATTENTION SPAMMERS:  – WE SUE SPAMMERS –

All addresses in the EC-Magic.com domain are Washington State email addresses, and SPAM email violates Washington State law.
A single incident could cost you $500.00, and repeated spamming could cost you much more.
We have an attorney and a private investigator on retainer. Their sole purpose is to deal with spam email related issues.
If you have U.S. based credit card clearing services, our out-of-state private investigator will find them.

  • Spam emails suspected of breaking laws are reported to all the appropriate law enforcement agencies:
  • 419 (Nigerian) Fraud attempts are reported rapidly so that drop boxes are shut down fast.
  • Fraud attempts are also reported to the appropriate authorities
  • Suspected software pirates (any extremely low-cost offers) are reported to the respective software companies.
  • Suspected stock “Pump and Dump” emails are reported to the SEC as well as the company involved.
  • Chain letter emails are reported to law enforcement and postal authorities (and not just in the USA).
  • All chain letter participants are notified by mail of their participation in an illegal scam.
  • Pornography scams like those using EXE files are examined and reported.
  • Spamming drug dealers are also reported to the FDA.
  • Virus emails are also traced and reported.

REMEMBER:  NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH A SPAMMER.  IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH A SPAMMER THEN YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.
